This page is an example of how you can present a small spiral review (1-5 multiple choice) from a webpage and use a form to collect student response in class, in real-time! No clickers needed, just an internet connection from laptop or phone with browser capability.

  • Each student would navigate to your review page/form
    • Your review page/form would be located on your blog/wiki/website and should be accessible from a student's laptop or smart Phone.

  • When the student has completed the assigned review exercises, they will submit their responses using the form you have created (see example below).

Feel free to play with the example below (don't worry I don't think you'll break it). You can view response summary.at any time! You will need to create your own form and embed it into your own blog, wiki, webpage, or other online interface that allows you to do this.

Side Note....If you are wondering why the actual problems are not typed into a form, this is because Google Forms do not have math equation editor capability.

Option 2: Another way to display the exercises...
If you are unable to Embed the practice exercises into your webpage, this is another option for displaying the practice problems, using Scribd document hosting. This is how it would appear on your web page. See the How To button in the menu at the left if you'd like to know how to do this.
